In cooperation with the czech organization Gender Information Centre Nora, Women's Foundation eFKa based in Poland and Hungarian Women's Lobby we will organize a feminist Summer School for young activists in women’s rights from Visegrad Group’ s countries.

Deadline for application to Summer School has been extended until August 25

Who can participate?

The school is open for a young people aged between 18 and 30 who identify as being feminist and perhapse even have experience in activism or practical work related to gender equality and women’s rights. The number of the participants is limited to 32 people (8 participants from each country).

September 13-18

Teplice nad Bečvou, Czech Republic

Why attend?

The Summer School workshops will feature feminists experts who will do their best to hold your attention, make you laugh, and guide you to fully understand complex subject matter. The list of workshops you can find here.

 

Why do we organize feminist school?

In cooperation with the czech organization Gender Information Centre Nora, Women's Foundation eFKa based in Poland and Hungarian Women's Lobby we will organize a feminist Summer School for young activists in women’s rights from Visegrad Group’ s countries. The aim of the school is to create a safe space for young feminists and activists from central European countries to get to know and support each other and share experiences. The school is organized with the intention to enhance intergenerational and international solidarity and exchange of knowledge in the area of women’s rights and feminists activism. The particular sessions of the school will be facilitated by the people who have got a plentiful experiences in the area of the gender justice and feminists activism in the countries of the Visegrad Group.
